CITY INNOVATIONS
City Innovations is a privately owned property development company primarily focused in London. The three directors have combined experience of over 40 years, across a diverse range of market sectors. These include: London office and residential; UK retirement homes; and UK coastal holiday accomodation. With all projects they aim to first create then deliver a vision to be proud of, with a strong emphasis on design integrity and sustainability.

• Believe in being lean (using less energy), clean (supplying energy efficiently) and green (using renewable energy).
On this particular project (The Old Laundry) I had to create monthly project reports for which they then presented to the client. Simplified floorplans were later required for inclusion in the property brochure as the original blueprint versions were to complex to understand.
