My home break is Lancing Beach and you will be surprised to know that you can find good surf hear when it's flat in Brighton.

Lancing Video
As I have access to a digital camera and tripod at work I thought I'd make the most of it and put my camera skills to the test!
On this particular day there was a nice groundswell and I managed to catch a lone Lancing local making the most of the beautiful conditions.
